The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) governs the LLP registration process with the rules and regulation formed in accordance within the laws:

Step 1: Arrange Basic Documents of the partners.
Step 2: Fill in an online form with accurate information.
Step 3: Apply for Digital Signature and DIN of partners.
Step 4: Prepare all legal documents.
Step 5: Apply to name availability of the proposed LLP.
Step 6: Verification of all documents and forms by the respective Government dept. and authorities.
Step 7: File Incorporation Docs with ROC.
Step 8: Get LLP Incorporation Certificate.
Step 9: Drafting of LLP agreement.
Step 10: Filling of LLP agreement.

 

How What are the basic requirement for Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)?

  • Certain specific requirement to be fulfilled to be eligible for registering an LLP were as follows:
  • Minimum 2 partners and maximum no limit of partners.
  • Nomination of natural person, if body corporate is a partner.
  • No share capital requirement but each partner must have agreed contribution.
  • No minimum paid up capital but authorized capital of LLP should be atleast 1 Lacs.
  • At least 1 designated partner should be resident of India.
  • DPIN for all partners.
  • DSC for all the designate partners.

  • Below mentioned documents as prescribed by MCA for registering a Limited Liability Partnership in India are as follows:
  • Document to be submitted by all the partners-
  • Scanned copy of self attested PAN Card.
  • Scanned copy of self attested Aadhar Card/ Voter’s ID/ Passport/ Driver’s License.
  • Scanned copy of self attested Latest Bank Statement/ Telephone or Mobile Bill/ Electricity or Gas Bill.
  • Scanned passport-sized photograph Specimen signature (blank document with signature [partners only]).

 

For the Registered Office-

  • Scanned copy of Latest Bank Statement/ Telephone or Mobile Bill/ Electricity or Gas Bill.
  • Scanned copy of Notarised Rental Agreement in English.
  • Scanned copy of No Objection Certificate from property owner.
  • Scanned copy of Sale Deed/ Property Deed in English (in case of owned property).
