What are the basic requirement for Udyog Aadhar/SSE/ MSME?

There are three type of enterprises for which we can apply Udyog Aadhar. The requirement for each of enterprises were as follow:

 

Manufacturing Enterprises –

Particulars Limit of Investment in Plant & Machinery
Micro Enterprises < 25 lacs
Small Enterprises Between 25 lacs and 5 crores
Medium Enteprises Between 5 crores and 25 crores


Service Enterprises –

Particulars Limit of Investment in Plant & Machinery
Micro Enterprises < 10 lacs
Small Enterprises Between 10 lacs and 2 crores
Medium Enteprises Between 2 crores and 5 crores

 

 

What are the documents required for Udyog Aadhar/ SSE/ MSME Registration?

List of documents required for Udyog Aadhar/ SSE/ MSME Registration were as follow:

List of documents required for SSE/ MSME –

  • Aadhar Card.
  • Business Address proof.
  • Copies of Sale bill and Purchase bill.
  • Partnership Deed/ MoA and AoA.
  • Copy of Licenses and bills of machinery purchase.
  • PAN Cards.
  • Rental Agreement for the Office Address (if rented).
  • Electricity bill.
  • Identity and Address proofs of the proprietor/ partners/ directors.
  • For Private Limited Companies – 
    • A)    Memorandum and Articles of Association.
    • B)    Certificate of Incorporation.
  • For Partnerships –
    • Partnership Deed.
